Deliciously chewy chocolate chip cookies made easy with our all-purpose stone-ground flour mix.

Ingredients
- 1 ⅔ cups stone-ground all purpose flour (200 g)
- ½ cup butter, softened (100 g)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar (100 g)
- ¼ cup white sugar (50 g)
- 1 large egg (50 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon baking soda (3 g)
- ⅓ teaspoon salt (2 g)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (150 g)
Directions
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla; beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Cover and chill the dough for 1 to 24 hours in the fridge.
Scoop onto a baking sheet (about 1 heaping tablespoon per cookie).
Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden. Yields approximately 16 cookies.
