Shipping & Return Policy

Processing & Shipping Times
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method. 

International Shipping
We currently only ship to the lower 48 United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@janzenmilling.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help!

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@janzenmilling.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
