100% stone-milled — nothing sifted out, nothing added. Deep, nutty flavor and the full nutritional profile nature intended. Best for hearty breads, pancakes, and quick breads.

Same heritage grain, lighter result. We sift out ~15% of coarse bran for better rise and a softer crumb — while keeping 85% of the whole grain intact. Great for sourdough and artisan loaves.
