The complete grain. Nothing sifted out, nothing added — just 100% stone-milled Turkey Red wheat from our Kansas farm. Deep, nutty flavor and the full nutritional profile nature intended. Best for hearty breads, pancakes, and bakers who want the real thing.
Heritage Turkey Red Sifted Wheat Flour — 85% Extraction
Same heritage grain, slightly lighter result. We sift out about 15% of the coarsest bran so the flour performs more like what you're used to — better rise, softer crumb — while keeping 85% of the whole grain intact. A great starting point if you're new to heritage flour, or whenever a recipe calls for something between whole wheat and white.
