We started Janzen Milling for our own family. What began as a way to feed our kids better became something we wanted to share with yours.
Somewhere along the way, food got complicated. Ingredient lists grew longer, labels got harder to read, and “flour” stopped meaning just wheat.
We didn’t set out to build a company — we set out to feed our family food we could believe in. Janzen Milling is what grew from that: a farm family in central Kansas, doing our best to put honest food back on the table, one bag at a time.

This isn’t a trend we found. It’s home.
We farm the same central-Kansas ground our Mennonite community has worked for generations. Our roots here run deep, and we’re not going anywhere.
